I have my house set to “morgue” setting. I am going to live forever!
According to a recent study, warm bedroom temps are bad for your heart health.
The study by Australia’s Griffith University reveals that warm nighttime bedroom temperatures strain the heart. Researchers studied 47 adults and their heart rates during sleep.
They found bedroom temperatures above 75 degrees increase the risk of heart stress. Temperatures between 79 and 82 degrees doubled the risk of heart stress. Anything above 82 degrees tripled it.
I am a window open, fan on all year long kind of girl.
