Broccoli juice trends at 2026 Winter Olympics

Feb 19, 2026, 9:09 AM | Updated: 4:40 pm

I love broccoli, but this turns my stomach in so many ways.

Olympic athletes are reportedly guzzling broccoli juice at the Winter Games, according to “The Independent.” The drink is said to help lower blood lactate levels during intense exercise, which may allow muscles to work harder and recover more efficiently.

Cross-country skiers, in particular, are embracing the green beverage for the energy boost they say it provides during grueling events.

Now the trend is spilling onto social media. TikTok users are posting videos of themselves drinking broccoli juice — and even plain broccoli water — as they try to tap into the same performance edge.

Bleh!
