About
Tammy Oakland has built an impressive 34-year career in radio, beginning at just 17 when she donned a cat mascot suit for a rock station in Colorado Springs. Since then, she’s held a variety of roles including Morning Show Host, Assistant Program Director, and Voice-Over Artist. Her voice has graced airwaves across Colorado and beyond, with stints at stations like KKLI Sunny 106.3, 92.9 The Peak, and now KOSI 101.1 in Denver, where she hosts the midday show. Known for her vibrant personality and deep love of music, Tammy also brings her talents to the stage as a professional musician and hosts a podcast called “So You Want To Be a Rock Star.”
