Where Colorado lands on nice or naughty list, according to survey

Colorado is the middle child. According to a new survey by pajama brand Little Sleepies, Colorado is neither top 10 nice or top 10 naughtiest states.
To uncover how Americans are embracing the holiday season, Little Sleepies surveyed 1,800 people nationwide and analyzed public data on generosity, good deeds and holiday habits.
From regifters and early decorators to extra-generous tippers, The Naughty or Nice Index reveals which states are most thankful, and which might need a friendly reminder to stay on Santa’s good side.
Colorado is in the middle. Here are more takeaways from the survey:

49 percent admit to buying for themselves while holiday shopping.

22 percent still peek or open their holiday presents early.

39 percent don’t plan on donating anything this holiday season.

38 percent plan on tipping service workers extra this holiday season, but 42 percent will not tip more.
Colorado is also in the middle on the Thankfulness Index when it comes to showing gratitude.
40 percent of people feel more grateful this year and 10 percent feel less grateful.
