Hollywood legend Robert Redford dead at 89

Legendary actor and Oscar-winning director Robert Redford passed away earlier Tuesday morning at the age of 89 at his home in Utah.

He spent decades as a leading man in Hollywood and worked with some of the best, including 1967’s “Barefoot in the Park” with Jane Fonda, 1973’s “The Way We Were” with Barbara Streisand, and 1985’s “Out of Africa” with Meryl Streep. All we know at this point is he passed away in his sleep, but no further details have been offered up.
