Billionaire cheese heiress lists 450-acre Jefferson County compound for $30 million

Let me introduce you to your new favorite person you’ll never meet — Gina Vecchiarelli, cheese heiress, billionaire and apparently very casual mountain compound owner.
Gina has listed her 450-plus-acre Jefferson County estate — called Tall Timber, because of course it is — for a breezy $30 million.
And listen, this isn’t just a “nice house with a view” situation. We’re talking:
-Two separate luxury residences
-Indoor pool
-Equestrian center
-Private recreation center
-Tennis and basketball courts
-A private runway and helipad
Meanwhile I’m over here thrilled I finally found parking at Trader Joe’s.
Gina and her sister Terry Leprino each carry an estimated $1.3 billion net worth, both landing on Forbes’ richest people list — built on the Leprino Foods cheese empire. Yes, cheese. Mozzarella money built all of this.
No word yet on who’s eyeing the property, but if you’ve got $30 million sitting around, Jefferson County is calling.
