One of Colorado’s favorite holiday traditions is almost here! The 52nd annual 9NEWS Parade of Lights returns to downtown Denver on Saturday, December 5, at 6 p.m. and yes, KOSI 101.1 will be in the parade!
We’re so excited to celebrate the season with all the lights, music, floats, balloons and holiday magic that make this parade such a special Colorado tradition. Want to be part of the fun? The parade is looking for volunteers to help bring the event to life. Volunteers are needed for roles like balloon handlers, costumed characters, banner holders, parade assistants, golf cart drivers, grandstand ambassadors and more. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old, and participants will receive a 9NEWS Parade of Lights hoodie.
If you’ve ever dreamed of being part of Denver’s brightest holiday celebration, this is your chance! Questions can be sent to volunteers@denverparadeoflights.com.
