Bedtime stacking is the new cozy nighttime ritual

Move over, bedside tables — Gen Z is turning their beds into full-on command centers for the evening.
The trend is called “bedtime stacking,” and it’s blowing up on TikTok. The idea is simple: gather everything you need — journals, snacks, skincare, a good book, your laptop — and settle in for one long, intentional stretch of downtime without ever leaving your bed.
Swedish creator Linnéa Pham helped popularize the concept after her January walkthrough video racked up over 37,000 likes. Her stack? Hand cream, a neck massager, chips, a Filofax, an iPad, and a TV remote — cozy and curated.
Pham calls it “bed rotting’s older sister” — same comfort, but swapping doomscrolling for more mindful media consumption. I’m honestly here for it.
