There’s a new favorite place for fast casual dining

Move over Olive Garden, there’s a new king of casual dining! For the first time in seven years, the most popular choice isn’t Olive Garden, it’s Texas Roadhouse! A foodservice industry research and insights company called Technomic recently looked at sales data from last year and came up with their Top 500 Chain Restaurant Report. While Texas Roadhouse took over the top spot, Olive Garden didn’t fall far – it’s still at number two. The rest of the top five are Chili’s, Applebees and Buffalo Wild Wings!
