Snowstorm causing over 1,000 flight delays or cancellations at Denver airport today.
DENVER — More than 900 flights have been delayed or canceled Saturday morning at Colorado’s biggest airport as winter weather conditions roll in for the Denver metro area.
As of 8:00 p.m. Saturday, a total of 876 flights were delayed and 172 were canceled at Denver International Airport (DIA), according to FlightAware.
Flight Aware also says “inbound flights to DIA are being held at their destination an average of 1 hour and 12 minutes and departure delays
are an average of 1 hour 21 minutes” as of 8:00 p.m.
Impacted airlines include United, Southwest, SkyWest, CommuteAir, Mesa, Delta, Frontier and Air Canada.
