Priciest AIRBNB rental is found in… Colorado!

There are pricy Airbnb rentals and then there are PRICEY AIRBNB rentals.  After researching states and  the more expensive rentals, Colorado is found to have the costliest luxe Airbnb rental in the entire country.

A new study by Wealth of Geeks found that the data is based on the price of a flexible weekly stay between May 1st, August 1st, 2024 and revealed the states with the most expensive luxe accommodations per night.

Where is this ulta-expensive rental?

1. Colorado – Forest Retreat is a luxury modernist ski chalet in Vail with high-end amenities including a massage room, fire pit, hot tub, gym and sauna. There is space for as many as 14 guests with its 6 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, which come at a per-night price of an enormous $22,255.

2. California – Beverly Hills is the location of California’s most expensive luxe Airbnb. The Chateau de Laurel has room for 16 or more guests, with 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. Featuring a swimming pool, hot tub, home theater, gym, and a wine cellar, this French Baroque estate has a per-night price as high as $21,701.

 

3. New Mexico – The Casa Grande at Vermejo is New Mexico’s priciest luxe listing. This 25,000-square-foot home has room for 14, with 7 bedrooms, and 7 bathrooms. Culinary conquests are a huge attraction of this mansion, services include a private chef who will cook 3 meals a day, including a preference-curated 3-course dinner. Per-night, the place costs as much as $20,685.

 

4. Nevada – The Villa Harrah in the Silver State boasts a sprawling lake view of Lake Tahoe, a private pier, a home theater, and even a nail and hair salon, among many other luxuries. This lakefront resort-like estate hosts 10 guests with its 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. Per-night, the villa goes for as much as $20,435.
