Colorado’s favorite Christmas-themed amusement park now open

Colorado’s favorite Christmas-themed amusement park is opening for the season on Saturday.
Home to Santa’s village and the jolly old elf himself, The North Pole: Santa’s Workshop, located at 7,500 feet at the foot of Pikes Peak west of Colorado Springs, traditionally opens the weekend before Memorial Day and remains open through Christmas.

With vintage rides and sweet treats, the park has been spreading Christmas cheer since 1956.
