New trend alert. Adopting “Old People” habits

Apparently there’s a new “trend” on Social Media where people adopt “Old People” habits because they do actually make life a little easier and more comfortable. Here’s the top 10
1. Doing weekend errands before noon to beat the crowds.
2. Eating early dinners. You get better sleep if your food is properly digested.
3. Ignoring the clock. “Eat when you’re hungry, sleep when you’re tired.”
4. Using lap blankets. And heated blankets.
5. Switching to comfortable clothes indoors, like slippers and sweatpants.
6. Wanting to stay home. Others can come to me.
7. Using “closed captioning” on everything you watch.
8. Picking up sewing, crocheting, and knitting as a form of meditation.
9. Buying pill organizers on Amazon. They’re convenient even for vitamins.
10. Having paper printouts of stuff like vacation itineraries. Sure, everything can go on your phone . . . but you’re always digging through apps trying to find it.
