Mom accidentally invites 500 people to daughter’s birthday party

Busy mom Emily King was trying to send out an evite for her daughter’s first birthday when everything went wrong. King has made a now viral video sharing how the mishap occurred while she was using evite.
King says the worst part is that it sent the invitation to people in the description that she saved them to her phone – emojis and all. King says she did cancel the party quickly, and redo the party invite but several people had already seen the invitation by then. Evite found it funny and sent King and her family a $250 Door Dash gift card “to help with the extra people.”
