Nuggets fans couldn’t believe it when they saw Denver Nuggets Jamal Murray throw a heat pack onto the court during game two of the second round playoff series against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Fans were nervous that Murray would receive a game suspension for throwing the heat pack onto the court. It could have caused an injury to another player, had they slipped on it.
The NBA said that Jamal Murray will be fined $100,000 for the bad throw. He will still be able to play in the playoff series, where the Nuggets trail the Timberwolves 0-2.
Game three is Friday night at the Target Center in Minnesota. Good luck, Nuggets!
