How to care for your Poinsettas after the holidays

You probably have a Poinsettia plant somewhere in the house.  If you don’t want to throw it out here is what to do.  Place it in a room with bright indirect light for about 6 hours a day. Avoid hot or cold drafts. Keep the soil moist. Water the plant when it feels dry. take it out of the decorative foil or outer pot before watering. Put it in a draining pot. Finally to prolong the bright color keep at about 72 degrees…Good Luck
