George Clooney drops out of Venice Film Festival events due to illness

Glad it is not something worse! Although as someone who gets them a lot, they are terrible!
George Clooney is unable to attend the Venice Film Festival due to a sinus infection, causing him to miss the premiere of his new movie “Jay Kelly.”
The film, directed by Noah Baumbach, explores themes of identity and self-reflection. Clooney’s absence from the festival allows him to rest and recover, as he was advised by his doctor to cut back on activities.
“Jay Kelly” is set to premiere at the festival on August 28, and will be released in select theaters on November 14 before streaming on Netflix on December 5.
