Protecting your heart is serious business. That’s why eating a variety of fruits can significantly benefit heart health, according to cardiologists. Fruits are rich in fiber, potassium, folate, and antioxidants that help reduce the risk of heart disease.

So what are the five best fruits for your heart? Blueberries, apples, watermelon, grapes, avocados, and olives are highlighted for their specific heart-protective properties.

Consuming fruits regularly can help manage blood pressure, lower cholesterol, and reduce the risk of heart-related conditions. Cardiologists recommend incorporating a variety of fruits into daily meals for optimal heart health benefits.
