Buc-ee’s is looking to hire for about 250 positions in Colorado this week.

The iconic company is holding a “mass hiring event” in Loveland from Jan. 23 to Jan. 27 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Embassy Suites by Hilton Loveland Hotel Conference Center (4705 Clydesdale Pkwy, Loveland, CO 80538).

“Applications must be submitted online prior to the event. Apply at www.buc-ees.com/careers,” part of a news release sent to KOSI 101.1 says “Online applications will be reviewed, and phone screens will be conducted. Candidates who advance to the next level will be extended an invitation to interview. Due to the large volume and need for pre-scheduled interview times, walk-ins are not encouraged and may be turned away.” The release also mentions that “Buc-ee’s is home of the world’s cleanest bathrooms, freshest food and friendliest beaver,” and they are looking for smiling faces to join its team in Johnstown, CO. “Buc-ee’s Johnstown will bring 250 new jobs to the area with starting pay ranging between $18 and $21 an hour, benefits, a 100% matching 401k up to 6%, and three weeks of paid vacation.” They go on to say “We are proud to partner with Johnstown for our first travel center in Colorado,” said Josh Smith of Buc-ee’s. “We look forward to hitting the ground running and hiring team members that will afford an unforgettable experience for travelers at the foothills of the beautiful Northern Front Range.”

Open positions include cashiers, deli/foodservice, janitorial/cleaning-maintenance, stocker/grocery and gift/merchandise.

The new location is at 5201 Nugget Road in Loveland at the southwest corner of I-25 and County Road 48. The gas station is 74,000 square feet and will feature 116 fueling positions.
