Registration open for next year’s Colfax Marathon

Registration is now open for the 2027 Denver Colfax Marathon weekend! 

The 21st annual event is scheduled for Saturday, May 15, and Sunday, May 16, 2027. It’s Denver’s biggest running weekend, with eight races planned over two days.   Runners can choose from several events, including the marathon, half marathon, urban 10 miler, 5K and marathon relay. 

If this is your year to finally sign up, here’s a little extra motivation: The first 500 people to register will get the lowest price of the season and secure a spot for the 2027 race weekend. 

Whether you’re going for a personal best, running with friends or just crossing the finish line for the first time, this is one of those Denver events that really brings the community together. 

I’ll be honest: I am not a runner. But I have so much admiration for the people who are. Anyone who can train for a race, show up on race day and take on the streets of Denver like that deserves a huge round of applause from the rest of us!
