Next highly anticipated live-action movie postponed

I am a huge old school video game nerd and this made me sad but I get it. So many at one time makes it hard to stand out in a box office that is CROWDED.

Nintendo has announced the postponement of the highly anticipated Zelda live-action film due to production reasons. The original release date of March 26, 2027, has been pushed back to May 7, 2027, causing mixed reactions among fans.

Shigeru Miyamoto shared the news on social media, citing the need for extra time to ensure the film’s quality. While details about the film’s story and cast remain scarce, rumors suggest Hunter Schafer may be considered for the role of Zelda.

The delay comes after the success of the Super Mario Bros. Movie, and fans will have to wait to see how Zelda’s cinematic journey unfolds.

I hate waiting but I will hope they can do it justice and make our 80’s hearts proud!
