Hey Grandpa, can I borrow those shoes?

According to GQ, “grandpa shoes” are on-trend and in fashion. New Balance has come out with their Allerdales line, which look like orthopedic shoes that, you guessed it, your grandpa might wear. They run about $250. GQ said the brand missed the “dad shoe” and decided to bring “the granddad shoe into the mainstream.” Apparently the grandpa shoe trend is just arriving, so we might as well get used to it. Personally, I’m all for comfort over fashion, but I think I’ll stick with my Converse.
