DIA Restaurant One of BEST in Nation!

DIA is not only one of the busiest airports in the nation, but also has some of the best food. In fact, Food and Wine’s list of best airport food options even gave DIA the ever coveted asterisked *Editors Choice*.
What is your favorite spot to go at DIA? I have a few favorites, but my all time favorite is Root Down. So it wasn’t a big surprise that when USA Today did a poll that Root Down was voted #8 as best in the nation under the grab and go airport food.
Yes, they are great for a grab and go, but they are also great for taking your time too.
Did you know that there is also a Root Down restaurant in the Highlands? If you’ve never tried it for brunch- do! Great options and a lot of GF/V options as well.
