There is no sign of snow in the metro Denver forecast and we could reach the 60’s by Sunday.
However, it’s a different story if you are heading to the mountains to go skiing or enjoy some time away this weekend.
Some snow is moving through the state and the high country in particular.
Cold temperatures are pushing a snow storm through Saturday in Colorado.
Friday into Saturday morning will bring lots of snow to the mountains.
This one will make the driving conditions slick, with this storm extending down into our central mountains as well.
By Saturday morning, that snow should start to come to an end, with a widespread 5-10 inches of new snow.
The Denver metro area is experiencing unusually warm temperatures. We have had 24 days of warm temps in the month of December with no chance of freezing temps in sight.
The next cold front looks to arrive NYE to Denver.
