I love videos of animals that are not supposed to meet each other…meeting.
Maui News station, KHON2, shared a cute video of an 11 year old dog named Macy befriending a whale off the coast of Maui.
The heartwarming moment was captured by Lahaina boat captain Chrissy Lovitt as her 11-year-old golden retriever Macy bonded with a whale in the Maui waters.
Lovitt stopped the boat to allow the connection between Macy and the whale, as Macy had been waiting for years for such an encounter.
Despite losing her boats in a fire, Lovitt recently got her business operating again and the duo met on her new boat, named after Macy.
