Was the latest Kate Middleton spotting real?

Over the weekend something unusual happened. Kate Middleton was spotted at a farm shop with Prince William. Witnesses said they saw the Princess and that she looked “healthy and happy” while visiting the Windsor farm shop with her husband.
It was also reported that she and William watched their kids in sports activities over the weekend. Skeptics are quick to point out that there are no pictures of Princess Kate at either event.
Concern for Kate has grown since she went in for planned “abdominal surgery” after Christmas and hasn’t been seen since that day. The Palace had said that Kate would return to royal duties sometime around Easter.
Princess Diana’s brother, Charles Spencer, told BBC that “I do worry about what happened to the truth.”
