Rockies will unveil Todd Helton and Larry Walker statues in 2026

Jan 26, 2026, 12:49 PM | Updated: 3:13 pm

Big news for Rockies fans!  Two franchise legends are getting the recognition they deserve. This summer and fall, Coors Field will add bronze tributes to Todd Helton and Larry Walker, cementing their places in club history.

Mark your calendars: Walker’s statue goes up on Sunday, August 23, and Helton’s follows on Saturday, September 19. Both ceremonies will take place before home games, so you can be part of the moment. If you’re planning to attend, get there early. The first 15,000 fans through the gates on each unveiling day will take home a replica statue. The sculptures are being crafted by George and Mark Lundeen of Lundeen Sculptures, a father-son team based right here in Loveland. It feels fitting that Colorado artists are bringing these Colorado icons to life.
