Kathie J and Sanders talk about Horizon High School and what it was like to be a young girl growing up in Denver. Sanders opens up about how her dreams of becoming a model were shattered by rape, but ultimately led her on a path of healing and personal growth, culminating in her being crowned Miss Colorado for America 2021. In addition to her pageant success, Sanders is also an author and a self-help advocate, proving that the journey towards self-discovery and fulfillment is a continuous one.
