Do you want the best free Christmas meal in town? It’s happening Thursday, December 19, from 4-6 p.m. at Eastern Hills Community Church off of Smokey Hill and Arapahoe Road in Aurora. Community and Christmas go together. Meet Kelvin and hear why and how they are able to help so many people in our community.
On the first and third Thursday of each month, you drive up and pop your trunk, and Kelvin and his volunteers put free groceries in your car and give you as many free meals as you need. They served over 800 meals two weeks ago and are looking forward to tonight’s holiday ham.
Kelvin and For Aurora also gave away two high quality toys to 704 kids! Enjoy Kelvin talking about the human spirit and the spirit of giving during the holidays.
