Denver, CO – Where is the most peaceful place in all of the United States to live? According to finance website Insider Monkey, Fort Collins, Colorado is the most peaceful place to live in the United States.
The city earned the top spot for its access to outdoor spaces, low average noise level, and overall quality of life. Fort Collins has a noise level of 38.03 adjusted decibels, which is equivalent to rustling leaves or a whisper.
The city’s high percentage of residents with access to outdoor parks or recreation within a 10-minute walking distance also contributed to its peaceful designation.
