Beverly Hills tech investor Anthony Jabin “always dreamt of being next to Marilyn Monroe for the rest of my life.”

He isn’t right next to her but close enough. Jabin had the winning bid at Julians Auctions called, “Icons: Playboy, Hugh Hefner, and Marilyn Monroe.”

Jabin placed a $195,000 bid on a mausoleum crypt near Monroe.  Jabin’s crypt is one row above and four spaces to the left of Marilyn Monroe’s crypt.  Hugh Hefner famously purchased the crypt right next to Marilyn in 1992.  Anthony Jabin also bought a famous circular bed belonging to Hefner for $13,000 and a swimsuit worn by Monroe for $29, 250.

Marilyn Monroe is laid to rest at the Pierce Brother Westwood Village Memorial Park and Mortuary in Los Angeles.
