Kevin Costner announces Yellowstone exit

Actor Kevin Costner has kept fans guessing about will he return as John Dutton or is the John Dutton era over.  Even recently Kevin told Savannah Guthrie on the Today Show that he was open to coming back to Yellowstone.

Yesterday, it became official that his return as the beloved character wouldn’t happen. Kevin Costner released the why on his Instagram account – citing his film commitments with his new movie, Horizon, as the reason why.

 Costner ended the video talking to Yellowstone fans saying,

“I love the relationship we’ve been able to develop,” he said. “And I’ll see you at the movies.”
