Jon Bon Jovi stopped a woman from jumping off a bridge in Nashville on Tuesday.
While filming a music video on the famous bridge, Bon Jovi noticed a woman on the other side of the guardrails thinking about jumping.
With a producer from the video shoot, Bon Jovi spoke with the woman and successfully talked her out of jumping. He then helped her climb back to safety over the railing.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and commended Bon Jovi for his intervention.
Nashville PD Chief John Drake emphasized, “It takes all of us to help keep each other safe,” in response to the incident.
Jon Bon Jovi and his JBJ Soul Foundation help people that are facing crises. Jon himself has actually received training in assisting individuals facing tough times. His training went a long way. No word on how the woman is doing or whether or not she recognized her famous guardian angel.
