I do this so much and it is VERY true! Don’t shop on an empty stomach it could cost you $26 per trip!!

Research shows that grocery shopping on an empty stomach costs you an extra $26 per trip, on average.  And on top of that, you’re more likely to buy UNHEALTHY foods.

I used to do that and then I would be so tired and the kids so hangry that we would stop for fast food on the way. I like ordering on line because I am NOT tempted by the impulse buys set up to trap you!

According to OnePoll 76% of people agree that they’re more likely to spend more if they shop while hungry, and about 60% say they’re also likely to buy more UNHEALTHY foods.
