Golden Bachelor Moving to Charleston with Fiance

Gerry Turner, the star of the first season of “The Golden Bachelor,” has found his perfect match in Theresa Nist.

After losing his wife of 43 years, Gerry embarked on a journey to find love again and proposed to Theresa at the end of the tear-jerking finale. In a surprising twist, it was announced that Gerry and Theresa would be getting married on live television during the “After The Final Rose” segment.

The Golden Wedding will air on January 4th on ABC, with streaming available on Hulu and Disney Plus.

The couple has also announced that they’re relocating to Charleston, SC.  Gary says he had been talking about living there for years and when he heard that Theresa’s son lived nearby he knew it was meant to be.
