‘The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ mansion goes up for sale after 48 years

“Now this is a story all about how
My life got flipped, turned upside down
And I’d like to take a minute, just sit right there
I’ll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel-Air”

Everyone knows that song and everyone knows who lives there.

Now, you too can become the “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” for almost $30 million! The Fresh Prince of Bel Air mansion is up for sale for the first time in 48 years.

They are still filming at this house, so the new owner would not be allowed to change the famous front of the mansion.

The mansion is not located in Bel-Air as the song says, but it is nearby in Brentwood. The mansion is 6 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms and is 10,000 square feet of fun.

It’s possible Jazz is still living out in the pool house. That would be an added bonus.

It’s unlikely that the “Fresh Prince” house will remain on the market for long. But for most millennials, the hope will be that it remains well looked after and makes the occasional cameo on TV.
