Denver was the worst spot for allergies this week

Denver, CO – If you suffer from allergies then you already know how tough it is to live in Colorado this year.  USA Today just released a graph showing where allergies are the worst.  Unfortunately, Colorado, especially Denver and Colorado Springs were rated with the highest pollen counts.  The only city outside of Colorado to score this badge was in Dallas, TX.

Currently 80 million people suffer from allergies in the U.S. and the number of days that people suffer is 20 days longer than it was back in 1990.

Denver may be bad this week, but normally Colorado doesn’t even make the top 10 list of the worst cities for seasonal allergies.

1. Wichita, Kansas
2. Virginia Beach, Virginia
3. Greenville, South Carolina
4. Dallas, Texas
5. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
