Denver real estate is expensive, what about a tiny home for under 20K?

We all know that Denver real estate is very expensive these days.  According to Redfin,

“In April 2024, Denver home prices were up 9.3% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $620K. On average, homes in Denver sell after 12 days on the market compared to 10 days last year. There were 943 homes sold in April this year, up from 915 last year.”

So what do  you think about tiny homes?  How about a tiny home for under $20,000 and delivered to you from Amazon? 

The tiny house comes with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen with cabinets and a sink included.  Maybe place this ‘foldable’ home on some land here in CO?
