In Colorado our fall may not look like the Midwest, but we still love all things fall. Think green chilis roasting along Sante Fe and at the farmer’s markets and a pot of green chili cooking during the Broncos games. Besides green chilis, what smells and flavors do we love here in the Centennial state?
What are Colorado’s favorite fall flavors?
According to a new survey, green chilis didn’t make this list:
- Cinnamon – 39%
- Salted caramel – 37%
- Apple/candy apple – 36%
- Pumpkin spice – 32%
- Maple – 28%
- S’mores – 28%
- Pecan – 26%
- Toasted marshmallow – 24%
- Sweet potato – 20%
- Cranberry – 19%
Dunkin Donuts has already launched their pumpkin spice products and Starbucks has their flavors in the grocery stores. The first day of fall is Sunday, September 22 at 10:44 AM MT.
