Colorado Stress Blamed on Workaholics

What would you think that Denverites would be most stressed about?  A new study was done of 180 cities and broken down into four stress categories:  work stress, financial stress, family stress and health and safety stress.

What did the survey find out about Denver?  Denverites are most stressed regarding work.  In fact, Denver ranked #5 for most work stress.  We’re right up there with Washington, D.C. =#1, followed by Chicago, New York City and Baltimore.

Compared to the 180 cities, Denver ranks 139th for financial stress, 105th for family stress and 98th for health and safety stress.

What would help?  I say more vacation and truly unplugging during time off.  No work emails, no checking in with the office.  Disconnect.  What do you think?
