Why mess with perfection? Chick-Fil-A has some explaining to do!

Chick-Fil-A is facing criticism from customers who say the updated food tastes “horrible” after making changes to its waffle fries and chicken preparation. The company recently switched from raising chicken with No Antibiotics Ever (NAE) to No Antibiotics Important to Human Medicine (NAIHM).

While Chick-Fil-A claims the new recipe offers the same taste and improved crispiness, many customers disagree, with some describing the new waffle fries as stale and dry. Despite the company’s assurance of maintaining food safety and quality, customers are expressing disappointment with the updated menu items.
