If you’re looking to make some extra holiday cash, UPS is getting ready for its busiest season…and that means jobs!
UPS plans to hire 100,000 seasonal workers nationwide, including about 2,000 right here in the Denver area. Open positions include seasonal delivery drivers, CDL drivers, driver helpers, seasonal support drivers and warehouse workers. Pay starts at $21 an hour for driver helpers and warehouse workers, $23 an hour for delivery drivers and $35 an hour for CDL drivers.
UPS says it will host virtual job fairs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, and Saturday, Nov. 7. If you can’t make the hiring event, you can also search and apply anytime at UPS Jobs.
And good news if you’re busy…UPS says its application process can take candidates from application to job offer in as little as seven minutes. That’s faster than wrapping one oddly-shaped present!
