Casa Bonita NEW Menu – LOOK !

Casa Bonita was never known for the food. That may be changing under the new ownership.
The new owners have hired three-time James Beard award nominated restaurateur Dana Rodriguez as the new executive chef.
Apparently Rodriguez has designed the kitchen to her specifications and has staff chopping fresh vegetables and ingredients to make everything from scratch.
Here is the New Menu- (Prices Haven’t Been Shown Yet):
- Enchiladas with red or green chile – GF
- Carnitas – GF
- Adobo chicken – GF
- Picadillo (a ground beef, green chile and potato stew) – GF
- Calabacitas (veggie dish) – GF, V
- Camarones (shrimp served in an adobo sauce) – GF
- Mole – GF
- Taco salad
All menu items are listed as coming with chips & salsa as well as sopapillas. I have to admit this looks really good!
