Ariana Grande apologizes to Elvira for snubbing her

Elvira, Mistress Of The Dark was hosting a Halloween event at Knots Berry Farms and was asked by a fan, “who was the rudest celebrity you have met?”
Cassandra Peterson, aka Elvira, publicly recounted a meeting from 7 years ago where she felt Ariana Grande was very disrespectful to her backstage.
Elvira said that Ariana Grande came to a show of hers and “brought 20 guests, she wanted 21 tickets. We gave her the tickets and she comes backstage and she asks if I can take pictures with all of her friends and relatives she brought. I take a picture with every single one of them, I sign autographs for every single one of them. Then I say to her, ‘Can we take a photo together?’ And she goes, ‘No, I don’t really do that.'”
Adding insult to injury, Peterson remembered that Grande then “left before my show started! All her relatives stayed, and she took off.”
Ariana Grande has responded with an apology putting the blame on an anxiety attack. Ariana apologized and added, “I actually don’t even remember getting the chance to meet you because I had an anxiety attack and to my memory, left before the rest of my family (this was around 7 years ago and at the time I was really not great with being in public crowds or loud places.)”
To be fair to Ariana, May 2017 which was 7 years ago was the Manchester shooting during her concert, so I understand that she was still uncomfortable in crowds.
However, I feel that Ariana still needed to take that photo with Elvira. Ariana was already standing there while 20 friends and family members got to take a pic with Elvira. Ariana needed to take a picture. One picture with Elvira. That’s all she needed to do. There is no excuse good enough for me. Ariana Grande wouldn’t accept someone doing that to her backstage so I feel she needs to make good some other way with Elvira. But, that’s just me.
