Watch: Animal joins crowd during Broncos’ game against the Raiders at Empower Field

On Sunday afternoon, Denver Broncos fans poured into Empower Field with painted faces and orange outfits to watch the game-but that wasn’t the only thing at the stadium. There was also a surprise attendee in the crowd.
The Broncos wore their beloved 1977-inspired”Orange Crush” uniforms for the first time this season honoring when Denver beat the Raiders in the 1977 AFC Championship Game. The team also changed the field to look like it did on Jan. 1, 1978, when the Broncos advanced to the franchise’s first Super Bowl.
The crowd was loud as the Raider’s have beaten the Broncos every time they played for the last five years. Well they did not beat us on Sunday..we won 34-18!!
While the fun was happening another attendee joined in on the fun. One fan in section 231 of the stadium took a photo of the visitor, which showed a raccoon escaping capture and a Bronco fan in the background dodging the animal.
In the lower level of the end zone showed the police and a response team trapping the raccoon in a bin and trying to transfer the animal to a cage. However, the raccoon escaped again and ran through the stands as Bronco and Raiders fans alike jumping out of the way!…Imagine the madness!!
