55% of adults suggest that they are NO LONGER INTERESTED in making New Year’s Resolutions because they never succeed at them. Why do they fail? 40% of people feel too much pressure, 34% can’t create lasting change and 24% believe that resolutions feel like a chore. Millennials, more than any other group, are ready to give up the tradition of  NYE Resolutions altogether.  Only 5% of people can stick to their resolution for the whole year.   (studyfinds.org)
