A cut above the rest: Denver steakhouse makes list of top 101 in the world.
World’s Best Steaks released a list of the top 101 best steaks based on the meat quality, selection, and other restaurant-related aspects.
Steak enthusiasts from all around the globe, known as steak ambassadors, carefully select the ultimate list. By evaluating the flavor, origin, uniqueness, tenderness, quality, and cooking techniques of renowned steakhouses across continents, they curate a final top list. And guess what? Denver proudly secures a well-deserved spot on this exclusive list with Guard and Grace landing at number 47.
The steakhouse lies in the Central Business District on the street level of the 56-floor Brookfield Building.
The restaurant serves prime, certified Angus, local grass-fed and Wagyu cuts of beef in four to 22 ounces along with thousands of bottles in the wine cellars and a formal dress code.
