Apr 2, 2026, 10:15 AM

Remember back in 2023 when Denverites were devastated to hear that the final remaining drive-in movie theater, 88 Drive In Theatre, was going to close?

Well not only has it not closed, but this weekend it will open to kick off its 50th season!

Movie goers will be able to celebrate the weekend of Friday April 3rd-Sunday April 5th and Thursday April 9th with a double feature of Super Mario Galaxy Movie (at 7:45p) and Reminders of Him (at 9:25p.)

One thing that will be different this year is 88 Drive In will be allowing you to bring in outside food and drink if you purchase a $10 food permit.

Admission for all features are only $10 per person and children under 12 are free.
