‘5280’ names top three Denver gas stations that offer great meals

I love gas stations. I love the food, slushies and sweets. Some gas stations have small restaurants in them that are better than eating out.
5280.com highlighted the top three metro-area pit stops that are serving surprisingly good meals that go beyond the usual convenience store snacks.
Three gas station spots worth checking out:
* Shahristan Kabob and Gyro – Denver: Fresh shaved gyros and chicken shawarma served with rice, fries and signature white sauce inside a North Broadway Conoco.
* Garibaldi Mexican Bistro – Englewood: Located in a Sinclair station, this spot serves regional Mexican dishes like huaraches, papazules and giant Oaxacan tlayudas.
* Mexico Lindo Family Mexican Restaurant – Morrison: Inside a Stop 4 Gas on Highway 285, known for enchiladas, burritos and their loaded Idaho nachos made with fried potato skins.
