In-N-Out removes order number ’67’

So, “6-7” is still not going away. There are some businesses that are fighting back. In-N-Out is the most recent to stand up to this ridiculous trend. In-N-Out has banned the order number “67” to avoid mass hysteria from young people.

Teenagers have been hanging at In-N-Outs in big groups, waiting to hear “Order 67” so they can freak out. A bunch of videos have been making the rounds on social – here’s one example. Now, there’s a new clip of an In-N-Out worker in L.A. telling a guy they officially removed the number from their orders. “People” magazine claims it’s a company-wide thing, and they quietly ditched it a few weeks ago.

This will not be the first number to be banned. Employees say at least some locations were already skipping the number “69.”  So, if you’re waiting on your order, it now goes 66, 68, 70.
